At Game Night Masters, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Because our games and question packs are digital products delivered electronically, the following refund policy applies.
Digital Products
All Game Night Masters games, question packs, and other downloadable products are final sale once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
Unlike a physical product, a digital product cannot be returned after access has been provided. For this reason, we generally cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations because you:

Changed your mind after purchasing

Purchased the wrong game or question pack

No longer need the game

Did not use the game after purchasing

Expected features that were not stated on the product page

Purchased a Windows game for an unsupported device or operating system
Please review the product description and system requirements before completing your purchase.
Windows Compatibility
Game Night Masters downloadable games are currently designed for Windows PCs unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Our games are not currently compatible with macOS.
Purchasing a game for an unsupported computer or operating system does not qualify for a refund when the compatibility requirements were disclosed before purchase.
Having Trouble With Your Game?
If your game isn't working as expected, please contact us before assuming the game is unusable.
We will make reasonable efforts to help troubleshoot installation, activation, license key, download, and game-related technical issues.
If we determine that the product has a verified technical defect that prevents it from functioning as advertised and we are unable to resolve the issue, we may provide a replacement, account credit, or refund as appropriate.
Duplicate or Incorrect Purchases
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product or believe there is an error with your order, please contact us.
Verified duplicate charges and billing errors are eligible for correction or refund.
License Keys
Game Night Masters games may require a license key for activation.
License keys are intended for the purchaser and are subject to the license terms provided with the product. Losing access to a license because of unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, or other violations of the license terms does not qualify the purchase for a refund.
